Shattered…

How can you begin to live again when you’ve already been forced to…die?

Evangelina Ricci is trapped in a world that’s a never-ending nightmare, a constant ache in which consumes her every breath. Unable to bear the torture any longer, she does the one thing she can to take back control.

Run.

With her best friend Jace in tow, Evangelina attempts to escape her darkened past by leaving for college and diving head first into an aggressive schedule, determined with everything she is to make a name for herself. There’s only one problem—she can’t run away from the demons she struggles with. The demons that’ll forever be there, locked inside, battering her soul. Hiding behind a flawless fa├žade, Evangelina faces her ghosts until her world is turned upside down, invaded by…him.

Blake Turner. Sweet, witty, flirtatious and drop-dead gorgeous, he finds Evangelina at every turn. Scared he’ll uncover the truth she keeps so well guarded, Evangelina tries her best to put on her act, deterring him like she has so many times before—only this guy’s different. He’s relentless. Utterly, absolutely and completely relentless. He sees her and he wants her and won’t stop until she’s his.

Will Evangelina succeed in pushing Blake away? Or will he break down her walls and be the person to make her realize life is worth living?

My Thoughts on Live Me...

I feel in love with Eva and Blake from the beginning!! This was a true labor of love for Celeste Grande and I am so over the moon happy that her baby is finally here and the whole world gets to see what an amazing writer she is!! I’ve known for a while now what an amazing story this was and Celeste deserves every ounce of praise she has received!! She was able to roll up all things I love in a book, angst, heartbreak, humor, and a dreamy book boyfriend!! Live Me is a MUST READ and I cannot wait to see how the story plays out!

Eva has a trouble past that nobody knows about. She has spent years of abuse by someone that nobody would expect. She sees college as her escape and chance to start to live a normal life. Her best friend Jace, who should be everyone’s best friend) drags her to her first college party where she meets Blake. Can you hear the heavens singing because he is just that dreamy!! Just loved him!! He is everything Eva needs but she wants no part of it. She has built walls to protect her heart and he does all he can to make them crumble.

Can Blake get Eva to open up and see the beauty that a healthy relationship can have or will she forever be stuck in the nightmare of her past? The jerk that keeps her nightmare alive is always around it he just made my skin crawl!! Nobody sees him for what he really is, except Eva and that makes things just harder for her to let go. I am so Team Blake and I wanted to keep him to myself and I don’t share!!

This is an amazing debut from Celeste and she does a beautiful job of mixing music and poetry into her novel that just brings so much more to the table. She is truly gifted and brings something special to her novel! Everyone needs to read Live Me and experience what an amazing writer she is!! Huge 5 stars!!
